Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Project Coordinator to support a company-wide HRIS implementation initiative. This individual will work closely with HR leadership, project stakeholders, and system partners to document processes, coordinate meetings, capture requirements, and assist with implementation activities.

Responsibilities:

+ Attend HRIS implementation meetings and document key decisions, action items, and project updates

+ Map and document current and future-state HR processes and workflows

+ Assist with gathering business requirements from HR, Payroll, and leadership teams

+ Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides

+ Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and track testing results

+ Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities
