Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tysons, VA. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.



+ Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for employees with a high degree of accuracy

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

+ Manage payroll tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations

+ Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system

+ Process garnishments, deductions, and benefits-related payroll changes

+ Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed

+ Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
