Job Description

  • Consolidate payroll instructions for each cut off – including: pay changes, incentives, loan deductions, hmo deductions and the likes
  • May validate Statutory Benefits for pay out (SSS Mat Leave, Sick Leave and the likes) 
  • Monitor/compute for the pay deduction for SSS/HDMF Salary loans
  • Consolidate, validate and provide the final timekeeping result. 
  • Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments
  • May be part of the Timekeeping Project as part of the UAT as R1 transitions from Prohance to new Timekeeping System

    • Other task that may be required
