A rapidly expanding professional services organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, reporting, and compliance activities for a multi-state workforce. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside Human Resources and Accounting leadership while supporting critical payroll functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with high-volume payroll environments.

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

+ Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees

+ Audit timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings

+ Maintain payroll records and employee information

+ Process bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and payroll adjustments

+ Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule

Compliance & Reporting

+ Assist with payroll tax reporting and year-end processing
