This established construction company is adding a Payroll Specialist to support a workforce of 500+ employees, handling union and non-union payroll across weekly and bi-weekly schedules.

Your Day-to-Day:

+ Run end-to-end payroll in Sage 300 (Timberline)

+ Interpret and apply union contracts and pay structures

+ Manage certified payroll reporting and compliance

+ Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues quickly

+ Maintain accurate payroll records across multiple projects


Requirements
