A growing hospitality group in Oceanside is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and assisting employees with payroll-related questions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and experienced working with hourly employee populations and complex payroll workflows.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

+ Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees

+ Audit timesheets, overtime, meal breaks, and payroll adjustments

+ Maintain payroll records and employee payroll updates

+ Process garnishments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll corrections

+ Assist with payroll reconciliations and payroll reporting
