About the Role
Reporting into the NSW Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and payroll administration support for a large operational workforce. You will also contribute to payroll compliance initiatives, reporting, system testing, and continuous improvement activities.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments including Operations, Workshop, Finance, and People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly and fortnightly payrolls accurately and within designated deadlines
- Identify payroll compliance discrepancies relating to industrial instruments and award interpretation, escalating and tracking issues through to resolution
