Job Responsibilities:

+ Processes multi-state semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls for hourly, salaried and commissioned employees, distributes direct deposit notices and checks, generates and files necessary reporting.

+ Transmits semi-monthly and bi-weekly 401K deferrals.

+ Processes employee salary changes, status changes (new hires and terminations), tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, and tracking of PTO.

+ Responsible for working with third party payroll service provider to ensure all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholdings and employer contributions are met.

+ Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and wages.

+ Maintains complete and orderly Payroll files.
