Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant salary processing across the organization. The role involves handling endโtoโend payroll activities, maintaining payroll records, conducting payroll analysis and reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, labor regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
Incumbent will process employee payroll transactions, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and endโofโservice settlements while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The role also includes reviewing payroll inputs, validating payment records, reconciling payroll reports, and conducting audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions where necessary.
