Payroll Specialist | Brighton | £28,000 – £35,000 | Office Based

A leading Brighton-based accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their dedicated payroll team. With a varied client base and a strong reputation across the South East, this is a brilliant opportunity to do payroll properly, in a team that knows the work inside out.

You'll be looking after a portfolio of clients with weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual pay runs, working alongside colleagues who genuinely enjoy the technical side of payroll.

The role:

Running end-to-end payroll for a wide range of clients

Processing starters, leavers, and salary changes

Administering SMP, SPP, SSP, and other statutory payments

Handling client queries and resolving them properly

Ensuring full compliance with HMRC and current legislation

Supporting year-end processes and P11D submissions
