Our manufacturing client has an urgent requirement for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on managing full-cycle payroll within a unionized, multi-provincial environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and comfortable working with high-volume payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process full-cycle payroll for a unionized workforce - Manage multi-provincial payroll operations accurately and on time - Utilize Kronos and Dayforce systems for payroll processing - Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and union agreements - Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries - Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing - Hands-on experience with Kronos and Dayforce - Experience managing unionized payroll environments - Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
