The Payroll & Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the Singapore monthly payroll, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls. In addition, this role supports employee lifecycle operations, HR documentation, and workforce administration within Workday. You will be a key point of contact for payroll, transactional support for employees. Payroll Management Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, including validation of new joiners, leavers, one time payments and other variable components. Perform monthly reconciliation review, variance checks, and data audits prior to payroll submission.
