Payroll Officer

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer will perform all duties to ensure the group's Dive Operations (DiveOps) workforce is paid in a timely and accurate manner whilst adhering to PAYE and foreign tax legislation. They will also have knowledge of auto enrolment, statutory reporting and policy/procedural control, providing support to payroll teams based around the UK and abroad.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end administration of the DiveOps payroll, collating, calculating and entering data either manually or by file upload.
• Guiding the supporting Payroll Officer with tax tracking for the internationally mobile population on the DiveOps payroll.
• Receive and review payroll records from varying sources (including Onboard Tracker) ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations within the appropriate jurisdiction.
