Job Description

Our partner is looking for a Payroll Officer

  • Prepare, process, and track employee payroll calculations
  • Provide first-line assistance to employees regarding their payroll-related questions
  • Manage and optimize the digital time and attendance system and absence tool
  • Analyze and optimize salaries
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolving Belgian social legislation
  • Manage our company fleet and insurance policies from a payroll perspective.
  • Possess 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role with expertise in payroll administration and ideally CP 200.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with social legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll tools is required, knowledge of 'Presta' system (group S) is an advantage.
  • Experienced in using digital time and attendance system as well as absence tool.
  • Proficient in French and Dutch languages.
