The Manager Payroll Operations is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations across multiple U.S. entities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. This position covers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pay cycles. The Payroll Manager collaborates closely with HR, Accounting, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, optimize processes, and provide exceptional service to employees. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Manage and process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for U.S. employees-including hourly, salaried, temporary, and expatriate employees-across all entities. Ensure payrolls comply with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies. Review and approve payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, retro payments, bonuses, and commissions.
