Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations. This role is responsible for managing the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing, maintaining compliance with payroll tax regulations, and driving process improvements.



+ Supervise and manage the daily operations of the payroll department

+ Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees

+ Review and perform payroll reconciliations, including earnings, deductions, and tax reporting

+ Oversee payroll tax compliance, filings, and related audits

+ Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex issues

+ Maintain and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation

+ Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure data accuracy and alignment
