Role Objective

We are seeking a seasoned Lead - Payroll to lead our end-to-end payroll function. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, statutory compliance, and process efficiency for a large, multi-location workforce.

1. End-to-End Payroll Leadership

• Direct the monthly payroll cycle for a workforce of 1,000+ employees, ensuring 100% accuracy in salary registers, payments and deductions.
