• Lead a fortnightly end-to-end payroll for approximately 1000 staff across 7 sites
• Manage a small payroll team
• Work with set 24/7 roster patterns
• Drive leave reconciliations, annual & LSL
• Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and EBA's
