Role Overview We are looking for a
Payroll HRIS Specialist
to lead payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) design, implementation, and governance, integrated with Workday and third-party payroll systems. This role will partner with HR, Finance, IT, Global Business Services, and vendors to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as SME for payroll systems, processes, and T&A integration Map and standardize payroll processes with local compliance requirements Ensure statutory compliance, payroll controls, and data privacy Manage Workday and system integrations, data flows, and reconciliations Partner with vendors and stakeholders for smooth payroll operations Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and resolve defects Oversee data migration, cutover, and go-live activities Deliver payroll reporting, analytics, and dashboards Provide training, change management, an...
