About the Company:
My client is an Australian organisation in the construction industry who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their busy, yet supportive team based in the Newcastle region. This opportunity is suited to someone who is passionate about both Payroll and HR and takes pride in their internal customer service. The role could be either full-time or part-time.
The Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll
- Managing timesheets, allowances, overtime and reimbursements
- Interpretation and application of relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment contracts
- Processing new starters, terminations and employee changes
- Superannuation, payroll tax and workers compensation administration
- Managing leave balances and employee payroll enquiries
