Duties & Responsibilities

1. Oversee payroll processing for both contract and permanent employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
2. Manage contracts for temporary staff, including onboarding, termination, and contract renewals.
3. Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration of contract and permanent employee payroll processes.
4. Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, including terms and conditions, hours worked, and compensation.
5. Provide guidance and support to the payroll team on contract-related matters.
6. Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed for contract staffing requirements.
