Job Description
General Description
Provide analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reconciliations that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of the payroll process. Document and standardize processes (SOPs, workflows) and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Analytical role that supports managerial decision-making and coordinates with Process Audit to correlate trends.
Experience and Education
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
- Payroll experience desirable (not required).
- Experience documenting processes.
- Degree in Accounting (preferred).
- English proficiency: 80%.
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced Excel; Power Query / Power BI preferred.
- Data analysis and management of large data volumes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting.
- Basic data modeling and storytelling with metrics.
