Mission of this Job: Ensure the accurate, timely, and fully compliant execution of payroll and all related processes for employees in Colombia, closely adhering to labor, tax, and social security regulations. Own the continuous improvement and digitalization of payroll operations to strengthen efficiency, control, and risk mitigation. Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing insights, analytics, and authority guidance that enhance decision-making, employee experience, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Execution & Compliance
• Own the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict compliance with Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Be responsible for statutory payments, mandatory filings, and reporting to government authorities (UGPP, DIAN, MinTrabajo, etc.).
