Payroll Specialist – South Africa

ADP South Africa is hiring a Payroll Specialist to provide contracted human resource services, specifically payroll processing for various clients. The role requires ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and maintaining client relationships to support recurring business.

Typical Day Processing payrolls, including preparation, interpreting statutory changes, and maintaining the payroll system. Ensuring compliance by improving internal systems, implementing best practices, and mitigating risks. Contributing to financial performance by delivering a positive customer experience. Building and maintaining client relationships with respect and professionalism. Qualifications & Experience A diploma or degree in commerce, human resources, or a related field. 3‑5 years of payroll experience or HRIS experience with payroll systems such as Sage300 and/or Premier.
