Required Skills & Experience

" Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll processing (including garnishments, taxes, and year-end activities)

" Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees

" Experience calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and payroll deductions including tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits (401k)

" Experience maintaining employee payroll records and managing time and attendance records

" Experience reconciling payroll records and assisting with payroll audits

" Ability to investigate and resolve employee payroll discrepancies and inquiries

" Analytical skills related to retro calculations of pay and time

" Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
