Job Description
Worldwide Staffing (WWS) is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Site Administrator to join our on-site team based in NASREC, Johannesburg. This role is critical to our weekly payroll and client invoicing cycle. Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and verify weekly clock reports and overtime sheets from site systems
- Calculate ordinary hours, overtime (1.5x / 2x), and allowances per employee
- Reconcile hours with shift schedules and supervisor approvals
- Submit accurate payroll input to WWS central payroll by the weekly cut-off
- Compile and submit client invoices to Africa Sun Oil based on hours worked
- Maintain audit-ready records (clock reports, overtime approvals, submission logs)
