Enhance team support as a Payroll and HR Administrator in a collaborative office environment. Contribute to payroll processing, employee administration, and benefits coordination crucial for U.S. and Canadian staff.
This role at Altis involves managing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees and handling employee records, vacation tracking, and HR documentation. You will be a dependable resource for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for 50 Canadian and U.S. employees
• Manage vacation tracking and payroll updates efficiently
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries
• Reconcile monthly payroll invoices accurately
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining personnel files
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years payroll administration experience
• Proficient in U.S. and Canadian payroll processes
