The Payroll Transformation Operational Readiness Analyst supports the successful delivery of operational readiness activities within the Global Payroll Transformation organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Readiness, this role is responsible for executing core readiness deliverables including process mapping, transaction inventories, SOP documentation, change impact tracking, and readiness quality checks.
The Operational Readiness Analyst plays a hands-on role in ensuring Payroll Operations, Colleague Services, and related stakeholders are operationally prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working resulting from the Payroll & Time transformation.
