Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Payroll Analyst to join a growing corporate finance team in West Houston. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end domestic payroll processing, oversee specialized leave-of-absence calculations, reconcile payroll taxes, and support international payroll operations. This role acts as a critical liaison between HR, Finance, and external partners, ensuring complete compliance, accurate financial reporting, and seamless service delivery to our employees in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing & Administration: Execute end-to-end processing of multi-state bi-weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accuracy of gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and local/state/federal regulatory adherence.
