WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Bi‑Weekly Payroll Processing: Lead end‑to‑end payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with legislative and internal requirements.
• Employee Data & Adjustments: Maintain payroll records, update compensation changes, process new hires/terminations, manage ROEs, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Payroll Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, support month‑end close, and provide payroll reports to HR and Finance.
