Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing and highly acquisitive service organization seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations across Canada. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for approximately 900 employees across multiple provinces.
The ideal candidate has UKG PRO WFM experience and is detail-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on, with strong technical payroll knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This position requires a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, unionized payroll administration, and payroll systems administration.
