Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support benefits administration and HRIS data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and solid knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, as well as experience supporting regional and European HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll (semi-monthly/monthly)
• Review and validate timekeeping, salary adjustments, and payroll computations
• Handle manual payroll checking and computations with a high level of accuracy, as payroll is currently processed without a dedicated HRIS/payroll system
• Handle statutory contributions and ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
• Prepare and submit required government reports (e.g., BIR 1601-C, 2316, and Alphalist)
