Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll systems and a strong understanding of employee benefits and labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Process weekly payroll for hourly employees using the designated payroll system.
β’ Maintain and oversee the electronic timekeeping system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
β’ Update and monitor attendance records, generating reports as needed.
β’ Reconcile payroll deductions and issue manual checks when required.
β’ Ensure compliance with attendance policies, disability plans, and Family Medical Leave regulations.
β’ Track vacation time and monitor employee absences.
