Payroll Administrator

Company in Isando is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator with solid VIP Premier experience. The ideal candidate has dealt with bargaining councils in the motor or road freight industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively and timely with other internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries.
Liaise with the Payroll Manager on any quality concerns, suggestions, or ideas required.
Basic functions and procedures on VIP Payroll software required for the successful completion of a payroll processing period:

1. Accurate capturing of the following payroll input: Loading new employees, Increases, Earnings, Deductions, Company contributions, Perks, Terminations, etc.
2. Capturing of payroll input using batch functionality.
3. Knowledge of content of VIP standard reports. <...
