Job Description
Position Overview The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role supports payroll operations, audits, reporting, and employee inquiries, and partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing & Administration Process full-cycle payroll (weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly) for hourly and salaried employees Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes Review and audit payroll data for accuracy prior to submission Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws (FLSA, tax regulations, etc.) Process payroll taxes, garnishments, levies, and other statutory deductions Prepare and submit required payroll reports, including quarterly filings,...
