Job Description

Based within one of our clients who we have worked with for over 15 years, the Payroll Administrator will be working as part of a highly motivated and well organised team you will provide a support service to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for developing and cultivating honest, open business relationships whilst consistently delivering great customer service.

The Payroll Administrator will be rewarded with 25 holidays plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service); contributory pension scheme; annual pay reviews; life assurance; long service rewards; free onsite parking – and more!

The role is working Monday to Friday 9am – 530pm and is fully office-based.

What the role involves:

* Process timesheets, managing the invoicing in line with agreements.

* Process all payments in an accurate and timely manner, taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
