The Payments Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Working as part of a cross‑functional project team, the role is focused on ensuring payment services are implemented efficiently while delivering a first‑class customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go‑live.
• Work closely with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers, and customers to ensure all implementation tasks are completed in line with the agreed project plan.
• Attend and lead project meetings (internal and external) as required.
• Maintain and update project records and implementation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Clearly define the standard scope of services with Customers, identify any out‑of‑scope requirements, and elevate where necessary.
