Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy which includes Identifying data sources, data model designs, defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information

To define policies, procedures, models, standards and technologies that will be used to collect, organize, store, and retrieve information for the organization

To support program/projects by providing overall business/technology architecture design and alignment within the bank’s architecture and other programmes.

To translate high level business transformation strategy into data, application and technical architecture design requirement and its fitness in the existing architecture environment in comply with the group’s enterprise architecture standards.
