Patient Services Specialist

Our FYidoctors Toronto - Fairview Mall Drive clinic is looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Patient Services Specialist. This full‑time position (30‑40 hours per week) requires hours Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in/check‑out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
