Job Summary The Patient Services Operations Support, under the direction of the AVP of Patient Services creates staff Justifications for the Patient Services departments, tracks third party patient services collection agreements and invoices, assist the AVP of Patient Services and patient services management with administration duties, conducts leadership training, and maintains metric logs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Ensure Patient Services Justifications are completed and submitted.
• Track quality metrics for error reporting and productivity metrics for Patient Services.
• Support the AVP of Patient Services and leadership team.
• Track Third Party draw agreements and review invoices for accuracy.
