**Sodexo** is seeking a **Patient Services Manager 2** for **Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest** in **Allentown, Pennsylvania** . As part of one of the region’s leading healthcare systems, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced acute care environment focused on delivering an exceptional patient dining experience.

This highly visible leadership role will oversee all aspects of the patient meal service program while leading and developing a team of approximately 50 frontline employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving patient satisfaction, operational excellence, employee engagement, and service quality throughout the department.

The schedule is generally 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This leader will also be trained on opening and closing procedures and will participate in rotating weekend coverage every other weekend.
