The Surgery, Stuart Road in Pontefract is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role requires working 37 hours per week on a swing shift basis, between 8am and 6:30pm. Previous primary care experience is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities will include answering calls, managing patient bookings, processing payments, and providing administrative support to clinical staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service orientation.
