  • The position is available in St Vincent’s East Melbourne campus
  • Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups
  • Fulltime permanent opportunity! 76 hours per fortnight Mon to Friday working on a alternating roster (Mon to Fri)

    • About the Role

    You will provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management. Including admitting patients completing reception duties and delivering exceptional customer service. A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is always preserved.

  • Create patient records and complete all necessary information accurately and in line with current procedures
  • Admit patients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by handling patient enquires via telephone and in person, in an efficient, professional, and caring manner
