Patient Service Representative II/III (MRI Imaging)
Oklahoma City, OK (On-site)
6 Month Contract-to-Hire
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Multiple Shifts Available
About the Role
TEKsystems is partnering with a leading healthcare organization (OU Health) to support the expansion of MRI imaging services. We are hiring Patient Service Representatives (PSR II/III) to deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
This is a great opportunity for experienced healthcare customer service professionals who thrive in independent roles and want a pathway to full-time employment.
What You’ll Do
+ Register patients using Epic systems
+ Verify physician orders and prepare patients for imaging procedures
+ Collect and process consent forms accurately
+ Serve as the front-line contact for patients and family members
+ Manage check-in and patient flow for scheduled MRI appointments
