Salary: Up to $41,600

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of customer service or patient service experience
• Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Data entry experience (Excel)
• Experienced talking to clients and patients on the phone and via email
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• 2ICD 10
• CPT coding experience
• healthcare, dentistry, medical industry experience
• bi-lingual in Spanish
