Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
**I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
β’ Coordinates healthcare activities and services related to patient's visit to the Hospital.
β’ Works with physicians and their staff, patient families and other health care team members and other facilities to ensure services are coordinated and provided appropriately to the patient.
**II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
β’ Essential: standing, walking, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, repetitive arm/hand motions.
β’ Frequent: reaching below shoulder level, frequent gripping of an object
β’ Occasional: sitting, stooping/bending, twisting body, lifting, pushing/pulling and carrying usual weight of 20 pounds transporting patients, reaching at shoulder level.
β’ Operates computer, printer, calculator, facsimile machine, telephone and other office equipment.
**III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:**
β’ Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
