Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives and greets patients who come for diagnostic radiological examinations.
- Registers patients manually or electronically into the SAP and RIS.
- Prints out patients’ identification labels and bills patients accordingly.
- Schedules appointments for inpatients and outpatients.
- Receives and sorts out request forms from the wards/appointment cases.
- Assists in advising and directing patients who require financial assistance and counseling.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas and performs immediate spot cleaning when cleaners are not available at hand.
- Ensures that request forms are duly completed with complete information such as patient’s particulars, doctor’s signatures etc.
- Prepares and summarizes the daily cash collection before handing over to the CISCO agency for banking.
