We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and patient-focused individual to join our team in a role that works collaboratively between our Billing Department and Front Office Team.
This position will function interdepartmentally with supervision from the Billing Manager and plays a key role in ensuring new patients receive exceptional service from their first interaction with our practice.
Position Summary
The New Patient Registration Coordinator / Patient Access Representative is responsible for supporting new patient onboarding, appointment scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and front office support. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
