The Patient Engagement Manager will lead the planning and execution of patient recruitment strategies across a portfolio of Novotech clinical trials. Working in close partnership with Sponsors, project teams, sites and external vendors, this role is accountable for delivering recruitment solutions that are scable, compliant, data-driven and aligned with study timelines and milestones. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage end‐to‐end patient recruitment strategies for programs across diverse therapeutic areas, aligned with Sponsor objectives and protocol requirements. Play a key role in establishing and scaling patient recruitment capability in the US, providing regional insight, leadership and execution support as part of a globally distributed team.
