Overview

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to educate patients about telemedicine, address concerns, and guide them through the platform.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting feedback, and collaborating with teams to improve the patient experience.

The ideal candidate will advocate for patients, provide regular updates, and escalation of issues when necessary.
